Job summary

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, specialists, and vendor partners, bridging traditional workflows with IP-based, virtualized, and cloud-enabled media infrastructure, and drive staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or broadcast engineering or related field.
• Experience leading live production and broadcast engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of IP-based, software-defined media infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead live events and critical outages with senior technical leadership.
• Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle management of studios, control rooms, and transmission paths.
• Define team priorities, resource plans, schedules, and performance objectives.
