Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Digital Electronics, Broadcasting, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in broadcast, IT, or television production environments.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Engineering and Broadcast IT Departments.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a combined team for 24/7 operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FCC rules and applicable laws.
• Plan and execute capital projects within budget and timelines.
• Maintain high-availability redundancy systems for continuous broadcast and digital operations.
