Qualifications
- Associate or technical degree in a related field preferred.
- Formal training or hands-on experience in electronics or IP networking preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relocate after the program.
- Willingness to travel extensively up to 100% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete hands-on technical rotations in Field Shop, Fiber Optics, Copper, Panheads & Power Systems.
- Assist with Systems Integration: installation, wiring, testing, and documentation.
- Work in live production environments alongside NEP engineers.
- Relocate after successful program; potential mobile unit engineering path.
