Qualifications

  • Associate or technical degree in a related field preferred.
  • Formal training or hands-on experience in electronics or IP networking preferred.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to relocate after the program.
  • Willingness to travel extensively up to 100% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete hands-on technical rotations in Field Shop, Fiber Optics, Copper, Panheads & Power Systems.
  • Assist with Systems Integration: installation, wiring, testing, and documentation.
  • Work in live production environments alongside NEP engineers.
  • Relocate after successful program; potential mobile unit engineering path.
