Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team.

Represent a diverse portfolio of broadcast and digital media platforms, and act as a trusted marketing advisor delivering integrated advertising solutions to local businesses and agencies. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and present campaigns across TV, OTT/CTV, and digital channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in media sales or a commission-based sales environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of marketing across digital, broadcast, and interactive platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Collaborative team player with motivation to grow income.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage existing accounts with revenue growth across broadcast and digital.
Create and present strategic, client-focused advertising campaigns.
Conduct in-person and remote sales calls to build relationships.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, develop accounts and close deals.
Prospect, cold call, and develop new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Take on additional responsibilities to support team and station goals.
