Qualifications

• Strong ability to influence at senior levels without formal authority.
• Experience in MVP development, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Product Managers, owning performance lifecycle from goals to development plans.
• Coach team in prioritization, requirements quality, and stakeholder management.
• Define team strategy and connect it to organizational objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure customer-driven decision making and maintain customer-centric rituals.
• Oversee delivery quality and KPIs, remove blockers, and manage backlog readiness.
