Job summary

You will guide strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, UX, Data Analytics, and Care teams to deliver high‑impact improvements for customers and enterprise growth. You will analyze financials, monitor Wi‑Fi performance, reduce churn, and advocate for a customer‑first approach while aligning with cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 7+ years in product management.
• Experience in software/hardware environments and Wi‑Fi domain is preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experience for broadband/Wi‑Fi offerings.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on insights and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, UX, and Care teams across functions.
• Translate requirements into actionable backlogs for delivery teams.
• Monitor product health, customer metrics, and industry trends.
