T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end experience for in-home Wi‑Fi and managed broadband products.

You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Care, and Operations to deliver impactful customer outcomes. You will guide analytics, assess ROI, and translate customer needs into technical requirements across CPE, telemetry, and support workflows, while fostering strong partner relationships and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, IT or related studies plus 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in mixed software and hardware environments is preferred.
• Wi‑Fi / 802.11 domain experience with consumer or managed Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experience for high-complexity broadband products, especially in-home Wi‑Fi and managed Wi‑Fi.
• Guide strategy, roadmap, and priorities using customer and technical insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and analyze performance.
