Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the design, development, and delivery of MarTech and customer engagement platforms. You will supervise a 20+ member team across product management, software development, architecture, and platform engineering, driving cloud-native solutions and scalable, data-driven experiences.

Reporting to senior business and technology partners, you will own the technical roadmap, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure timely product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related experience in tech
• 7-10 years of relevant product management in agile software environments
• 2-4 years in leadership roles and managing teams of 5+ resources

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product and engineering teams to deliver results across MarTech, customer engagement, data, cloud, and full stack capabilities.
• Champion responsible adoption of AI tools across MarTech platforms to improve delivery, personalization, analytics, and scalability.
• Define and implement continuous improvement practices including Agile at scale, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, resiliency, security, and cost awareness.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to integrate features into releases for orchestration, personalization, data, analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.
• Drive and maintain the technical roadmap with design and architecture teams, prioritizing APIs, event-driven integrations, AWS data pipelines, and customer journey capabilities.
• Recruit and hire qualified managers and team members to strengthen product and project teams across product management, software development, and platform engineering.
