T-Mobile is seeking a senior product leader to own the end‑to‑end experience for high‑complexity Broadband products, focusing on in‑home Wi‑Fi, managed Wi‑Fi, and CPE experiences. You will collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, UX, Data Analytics, and frontline teams to drive a customer‑centric roadmap and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include leading strategy, financial analysis, and cross‑functional alignment, while prioritizing the backlog and guiding delivery across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of product management experience in software/hardware environments.
• Wi‑Fi/802.11 domain experience is required.
• Experience with telemetry, data analytics, and customer insights.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product experience for high‑complexity Broadband products, especially in-home Wi‑Fi and managed Wi‑Fi.
• Guide strategy, roadmap, and priorities using customer and technical insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and analyze performance.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
• Partner with engineering, Care, and vendors to deliver reliable home connectivity at scale.
