AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician in Sturgeon Bay, WI. You will install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites, working independently to provide top-tier service.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 60 lbs, and be flexible for overtime and on-call shifts. Training and a clear career path are provided to advance within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Requires valid state driver’s license.
• Lifts up to 60 lbs and works at heights.
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses as a trusted technician.
• Meet customers and solve problems, delivering best-in-class service.
• Ensure safety protocols during ladder work and when handling gear.
