Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to identify wire and cable colors during installs.
• Must complete pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Work independently at customer sites and provide best-in-class service.
• Meet or exceed performance standards and resolve issues on-site.
