AT&T in Janesville, WI is hiring Installation Technicians to bring customers online with high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services. You’ll work at customers’ homes and businesses, installing and activating the latest technology and delivering best-in-class service.

40-hour weeks with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Competitive starting wages from $23.08 to $32.21 per hour, with comprehensive benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs and perform ladder work.
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work may be required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Meet new customers daily and solve problems while delivering quality service.
• Install new lines, climb ladders, and activate customer Wi‑Fi networks.
• Identify wire and cable colors as part of setup.
