Bybit is seeking a Fiat Operations Specialist to drive BRL on/off-ramp integrations and partner with product, compliance, and tech teams. You will optimize fiat flows for Brazilian users and ensure compliant, reliable payment channels.

With 3+ years in payments or banking, you will bridge technical and business teams, manage liquidity, and proactively respond to regulatory changes while delivering a smooth user experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in payment operations, banking, fintech in Brazil.
• Strong understanding of Brazilian financial ecosystem and local payment rails.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating technical integrations with banks and PSPs.
• Familiarity with Brazilian regulations, AML/KYC practices, and payment standards.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage BRL on/off-ramp channels end-to-end, ensuring availability and reliability.
• Serve as the primary contact for Brazilian banks and PSPs, negotiating and coordinating with vendors.
• Lead technical integrations with local banks and payment gateways with product and engineering teams.
• Ensure frictionless access to fiat products and timely settlements and reconciliations.
• Monitor operations and adapt to regulatory changes affecting BRL payments.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance to optimize fiat infrastructure.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks for fiat operations and incident handling.
