Binance is seeking a senior product manager to shape and execute the global fiat payment platform. You will own backend systems for Europe and Latin America, driving roadmap, architecture and scale. You will partner with engineering, risk, and finance to ensure robust settlement, reconciliation, and payment flows across regions.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration across multiple product teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Competenze

• 6–10+ years in product management, preferably in payments, fintech, or platform products.
• Strong experience with payment systems, orchestration, and back-end platforms.
• Deep understanding of payment lifecycle including routing, retries, and failure handling.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on system architecture and APIs.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics guiding product decisions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-region projects.
• Ownership mindset, structured thinking, and independence in fast-paced settings.

Mansioni

• Design and iterate on Binance's payment middle platform, order system, and clearing module for Europe and Latin America.
• Drive the global fiat payment platform roadmap and backend capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for orders including creation, status transitions, timeouts, and reconciliation.
• Design the clearing system with T+0/T+1 settlement, multi-currency rules, and fund verification.
• Recommend integrations for global PSPs, bank rails, and local payment methods.
• Build and optimize core modules for transaction lifecycle, latency, and failure handling.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and finance for settlement and fund flow.
• Push platform-wide improvements for multi-region scalability and localization.
• Define and monitor system metrics and drive optimization via data and experimentation.
• Work with wallet/account/growth teams to ensure seamless payments integration.
