Bybit is seeking a Compliance Solution Consultant/Operations professional to design and implement a global compliance framework for fiat on-ramp and off-ramp payment solutions. This role blends compliance, legal, and product operations to create scalable, cross-border models across crypto and traditional finance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory operations within payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven track record of building or scaling compliance frameworks for global payment solutions.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting license applications across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a global compliance framework for fiat on/off ramps aligned with EU, LATAM, and MENA regulations.
• Develop compliant payment and settlement models integrating stablecoins with traditional finance.
• Coordinate license applications and liaise with regulators and counsel.
• Advise product and engineering teams on compliance implications of new features and partner onboarding.
