The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting a positive team environment that aligns with company culture.

• Performs physical movements required for the job with minimal supervision.
• Adheres to sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
• Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains standards throughout the shift.
• Handles dirty dishes, sorts, and shelves clean dishes following safety standards.
