The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff to maintain smooth guest service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role aligns with our company culture, serving as a guide to all family members.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

• Document all accidents and incidents per company policies.
• Know property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper setups, capacity, hours, pricing, and dress codes.
• Perform physical movements throughout the work area as required.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Handle dishware: retrieve, sort, and place dishes following safety standards.
