The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Implements and maintains a philosophy aligned with the company culture, serving as a guide to all staff members.
