Role Overview

The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. Assists in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists. Implements and maintains a philosophy aligned with Company culture, guiding all staff members.

• Knows bar setup, hours, prices, and inventory.
• Greet guests, take orders, and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepares checks and handles credit card transactions securely.

Additional Info

Requires two years of experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
