The restaurant group successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of iconic Italian restaurant brands like Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's. The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. They also assist in maintaining the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists and uphold a philosophy aligned with the company culture, guiding all staff members.
