The restaurant group successfully restored the identity and operational excellence of iconic Italian brands like Buca di Beppo and Bertucci's. The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously and efficiently, in accordance with company standards. They assist in maintaining the bar area equipment through opening and closing checklists and uphold a philosophy aligned with the company culture, guiding all staff members.

• Greet guests, take orders using suggestive selling, and process payments accurately.
• Possess at least two years of experience or training in mixology, liquor, and food service, or equivalent education and experience.
