UWM in Pontiac, MI is seeking an entry-level customer service associate to support clients and internal teams as loans move through the approval process. No office experience required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

You will handle phone calls, organize loan documents, and help meet daily quality and production goals, with clear opportunities for growth across the company after initial training.

Qualificações

LOCATION:On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone ready to turn their customer service skills into a long-term career. No office experience is required. You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We’ll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years

• Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance
