United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is seeking an entry-level Call Center Representative in Pontiac, MI. You will be the first contact for client questions, solving problems and delivering supportive service to help make homeownership more accessible.

This role trains you on product knowledge, enables growth, and offers paid training, PTO, and a full benefits package. Join a team focused on quality service and client satisfaction with opportunities to advance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and working across multiple screens.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (nice to have).

• Resolve client requests via email.

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping answer questions, solve problems and provide support when it's needed most. Through strong communication, attention to detail and a positive attitude, you'll help build trust with our clients while contributing to our mission of making homeownership more accessible across the country.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and working across multiple screens
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in mortgage servicing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
