Job summary

DCI Donor Services is seeking a Bridge2Life Manager to oversee day-to-day B2LC operations in Nashville or Knoxville, ensuring adherence to quality control per federal/state regulations. You will monitor donor charts, staff orientation, and performance, driving high-quality service and maximizing donor opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of direct management, 4+ years in high-volume customer service, and a medical/ tissue banking background, with CTBS license.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field preferred; medical background preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Tissue Banking or related field.
• 4+ years of experience of customer service in a high-volume setting.
• 3+ years of direct management experience is required.
• CTBS license required (CTPC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs orientation, training and evaluation of new employees.
• Evaluates and oversees statistical data for key performance indicators; improve communication to facilitate donation.
• Oversees Safety and Training Files for B2LDC staff for accuracy.
• Monitor staff performance including work distribution and HR issues.
• Ensure the team maintains workflow and urgency in donor calls.
• Serve as SME and resource for B2LC operations per policy and industry standards.
• Monitor DCIDS SOPs and implement new procedures as needed.
• Strategize with B2LC director on staffing, processes, and growth.
• Report deviations to B2LC director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by B2LC director.
