Tennessee Donor Services is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day organ recovery activities and supervise clinical recovery teams. The ideal candidate holds a Registered Nurse license and brings 5+ years of OPO clinical experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

The role includes on-call administration, policy collaboration with Medical Directors, and active involvement in staffing, training, and hospital support.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and OPO clinical experience.
• At least 5+ years of OPO clinical work with leadership exposure.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Administrator On Call to guide staff through organ donation steps.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Manage on-call scheduling to maintain adequate staffing.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Committee on policy changes.
• Support recruitment, rounding, coaching, and orientation initiatives.
• Provide onsite hospital support as needed and assist with case activity.

Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! Tennessee Donor Services is seeking an Clinical Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of organ recovery activities and provide direct leadership to clinical recovery teams. Prior experience in the OPO field is preferred.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

• Service as Administrator On Call to guide staff through the necessary steps of organ donation.
• Ensures team meets and exceeds regulations set forth by internal policies and external regulations/expectations.
• Manages call schedule to ensure adequate staffing coverage is provided at all times.
• Interacts with Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Committee to implement policy/practice changes.
• Supports employment initiatives to include recruitment, rounding, coaching, mentoring, development, and counseling. Oversees training and orientation initiatives.
• Provides onsite support in hospitals as needed. Assists with case activity and First Assist duties as necessary.
• Acts as a role model for DCIDS by supporting, reinforcing, and exhibiting behaviors consistent with the DCIDS core values of selfless, hardworking, passionate, and dependable.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Registered Nurse Credential
• 5+ years OPO clinical experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.
