Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Tissue Banking or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience of customer service in a high-volume setting.
• 3+ years of direct management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct orientation, training, and evaluation of new employees.
• Evaluate and oversee statistical data for key performance indicators.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DCIDS SOP’s, policies, and procedures.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong data entry and typing skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Customer service in a high-volume setting

Leadership and management skills

Education

BA/BS degree in related field preferred

CTBS license required (CTPC)
