Job summary

PRIME AE is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead the delivery of bridge and structural transportation projects in Massachusetts, from planning through construction. You will provide technical and project leadership, manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and help grow PRIME AE’s bridge practice across Massachusetts and New England.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in bridge/structural engineering and project management on complex transportation projects.
• Strong background in bridge design, rehab, replacement, and structural analysis per standards.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, multidisciplinary teams, and deliverables.
• Experience with state DOTs and public transportation agencies on bridge projects.
• Ability to support business development, proposals, pursuits, and client relationships.
• Collaborates with transportation leadership to deliver projects across Massachusetts and New England.
• Mentors staff and coordinates workload across engineering teams.
• Client-facing leadership and strong communication throughout project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of bridge and structural transportation projects from planning to final completion.
• Provide technical and project leadership and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain client relationships and expand PRIME AE’s bridge practice.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate reviews of plans, calculations, specs, estimates, and reports.
• Mentor engineers and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with transportation leadership to identify opportunities.
