Job summary

HRG in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Transportation to guide the Bridge Team. You will inspire and manage a team, ensuring high-quality project execution across design and inspection activities, with hybrid in-person and virtual leadership.

The role emphasizes resource optimization, budget oversight, and strong client relationships, with travel to sites as needed. A BS in Civil Engineering with a transportation/structures focus, WV PE license, and 10+ years of bridge

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with transportation/structures focus; Master’s degree is a plus.
• State of West Virginia Professional Engineering license
• 10+ years of project experience in bridge design and/or bridge inspection and load rating
• Knowledge of WVDOH and PENNDOT bridge design standards, manuals and procedures.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, AISC, PCI, ACI and other related design codes
• Working knowledge of OpenBridge/OpenRoads, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D; Microsoft Office Suite
• Client-focused leader with budgeting, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel to job sites and other offices, may include overnight stays
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and work authorization in the U.S.

• Lead and develop the Bridge Team, fostering a culture of ownership, engagement and professional growth.
• Drive project execution, cross-service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring budgets and utilization.
• Support efforts to maintain long-term client partnerships by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
