You will plan, schedule, and direct daily activities, ensuring work aligns with specifications and safety standards on busy construction sites in North Carolina.

Ideal candidates will have extensive bridge experience, familiarity with track safety rules, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bridge construction knowledge and field leadership experience.
• Experience with track safety rules and fall protection requirements.
• Strong ability to supervise crews and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Proficiency with scheduling software to manage on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise on-site bridge crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor budget, staffing levels, and equipment needs for bridge work.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, and client representatives to prevent delays.
• Order tools and materials to meet project schedules and performance standards.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Maintain inspection records and prioritize repairs based on condition.
