Job summary

Clearwater Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for Pennsylvania bridge construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, material and equipment, ensure compliance with specs, and keep work on schedule and within budget.

Daily site reporting, safety and quality control are essential. Strong leadership, ability to read construction documents, familiarity with Microsoft Office, B2W, and Adobe Acrobat, and the capacity to supervise

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans and specifications.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and establish working relationships with onsite personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, and the public.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path for timely completion.
• Create work plans and 2-week schedule look-ahead.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Dispatch for timely tool and material delivery.
