Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Construction preferred, but not required.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in civil construction, especially bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager.
• Direct oversight of crew time sheets, daily reports, and quantities.
• Maintain client, subcontractor and team relationships; manage bridge schedule.
• Monitor productivity, costs, change requests, and vendor/subcontractor charges.
• Enforce quality control and safety policies; ensure work is on schedule.
• Prepare weekly accountability reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Review pay parameters by item and coordinate with project team.
