Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking a Bridge/Structures Foreman to lead a heavy highway crew on on-site projects. You will supervise construction, enforce safety, coordinate with the Structures Superintendent, and ensure workmanship meets company standards.

This role requires hands-on experience with concrete and steel structures, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. Expect a full-time on-site schedule with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience leading a crew in heavy highway/bridge construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bridge/structures crew on site and maintain professional relations with Owner, Engineer, and team.
• Plan and execute work activities with the Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Ensure proper storage and operation of materials and equipment; maintain inventory and safety compliance.
• Assist in safety programs, daily reports, and progress meetings; promote a safe work environment.
