LHH in Kansas City is seeking a Senior Estimator to support its growing bridge and structural construction operations. The role involves preconstruction activities, site visits, developing estimates, preparing proposals, and partnering with project management on execution strategy.

You will perform detailed quantity takeoffs for bridge, structural concrete, deep foundation, shoring, and related projects, review plans and bid documents, and solicit subcontractor pricing to produce competitive,

Competenze

10+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably bridges or structural construction.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
Experience in detailed quantity takeoffs and developing complete project estimates.
Experience with subcontractor and vendor quotations and bid packages.
