Job summary

Artheon is a New Jersey-based multidisciplinary engineering firm delivering transportation infrastructure for public and private clients. The Structural Project Manager will lead bridge projects, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality designs from planning to construction.

You will oversee LRFD-based analysis, coordinate with agencies, and drive deliverables while managing scope, budget, and schedule to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering required; MS preferred.
• Professional Engineer license in New Jersey or ability to obtain within six months.
• 12+ years of bridge and transportation structural engineering experience with project delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge and transportation projects from planning through design and construction support.
• Lead LRFD-based analysis and design of bridges and related structures.
• Coordinate with clients and agencies; lead meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
