Job summary

Ayres is seeking an experienced civil/bridge engineer to design, manage, and market bridge projects. The role involves leading design teams, coordinating with agencies, and mentoring staff. A PE license in Wisconsin plus 5+ years of bridge experience are required, with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• PE license in Wisconsin is required/strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of bridge project experience.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare reports, and other documents for bridge projects.
• Schedule, lead, and manage bridge design projects.
• Lead in marketing and winning bridge design projects.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor staff across multiple offices.
