Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers in Seattle seeks a Bridge Engineer/Project Manager to lead structural design and project management for bridge and heavy-civil projects. You will coordinate with clients, manage budgets and schedules, and guide junior engineers while delivering technically sound solutions.

The role requires a BSCE with structural emphasis, PE license, and 7+ years of experience; MSCE or SE licensure and advanced software skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSCE with emphasis in Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience.
• MSCE or SE licensure preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management tasks, including budgets and schedules.
• Lead technical and project discussions with the design team.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
• Ensure quality control/assurance of deliverables.
• Perform structural design and analysis; instruct drafters.
• Conduct inspections and field work.
