Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant bridge design/structural experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in NH, MA, ME, or VT.
• Experience with MaineDOT, NHDOT, VTrans or MassDOT and municipal bridge projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microstation and bridge analysis tools; strong writing/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on moderately complex projects within a multi-disciplinary group.
• Develop budgets, scopes of services, schedules and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Support proposals, client meetings and site visits, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coach and mentor entry-level staff and peers.
• Demonstrate strong technical writing and presentations for deliverables.
