The role requires building a pipeline of borrowers, managing documentation, and reporting activity, with a heavy emphasis on relationship development in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in bridge loan origination, a solid book of business, and strong Excel/LinkedIn proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience originating bridge loans.
• Established book of business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Navigator, LinkedIn and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close on prospective bridge loan borrowers
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with borrowers
• Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from prospective borrowers
• Report business development and sales activity
• Meet with new and existing prospects
• Help develop and execute business plans with market and competitor analysis
