Volkert, Inc. is seeking a qualified Bridge Inspection Team Leader to oversee inspections in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of inspection experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Leader, and must be knowledgeable in safety inspections of various structures.

This role entails leading a team, preparing inspection reports, and working outdoors at considerable heights. Benefits include ESOP, comprehensive medical coverage, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in bridge inspections with 1 year as a qualified NBIS Team Leader.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fit-for-duty evaluation.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 2-man bridge inspection team conducting inspections across North Carolina.
• Prepare detailed reports on structural conditions.
• Train new inspectors and plan team activities.
