Volkert, Inc. is looking for an experienced Bridge Inspection Team Leader to support their Mid Atlantic Region based in Springfield, VA. The role requires leading safety inspections of bridges and culverts and managing a team during inspections. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of inspection experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in conducting field inspections and preparing inspection reports.
• NHI Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges course with Refresher Training.
• 5+ years of experience in bridge inspections and 1 year as a qualified NBIS Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site safety inspections of bridges and culverts.
• Leading a team of inspectors in the field during inspections.
• Reviewing and updating bridge inspection reports.
