Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader based in Boston, MA who will conduct safety inspections of bridges and tunnels, coordinate inspection schedules, and lead team members. The position offers a salary ranging between $100,000 and $135,000 USD while supporting employee growth and mentorship.

The ideal candidate must qualify for NBIS as a bridge inspection team leader, possess leadership experience, and be comfortable working in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Currently qualify for NBIS as a bridge or tunnel inspection team leader.
• Ability and experience to lead the work of others, communicate and maintain proper working relationships.
• Must possess physical capability to navigate steep embankments and operate in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections of bridges and tunnels.
• Perform in-depth inspections using non-destructive testing methods.
• Coordinate with bridge owners and other agencies on inspection schedules.
