Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Bridge Inspector Project Manager / Team Leader in Colorado. This role leads bridge inspection projects, mentors staff, and nurtures client relationships, working within an established structural assessment group.

Travel and in-office/hybrid collaboration are expected, with remote opportunities for the right candidate. The ideal candidate has NBIS CBSI certification, 8+ years of experience, and may hold a BSCE or related degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related experience.
• NBIS Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI), with up-to-date refresher training.
• Experience preparing inspection reports and load rating analyses.

Responsibilities

• Direct bridge inspection projects and teams.
• Mentor staff and manage client relationships.
• Ensure reports and load ratings meet NBIS/DOT standards.
• Coordinate multiple bridge inspection projects and deliverables.
