Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• EIT/PE paths accepted with corresponding inspection experience.
• License: Professional Engineer preferred; reciprocity acceptable.
• NBIS knowledge and bridge inspection standards desired.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge inspection teams and manage NBIS-compliant reports.
• Coordinate with design teams to meet budget, schedule and quality goals.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop work order requests and manage sub-consultants as needed.
• Mentor staff and liaise with clients to meet expectations.
