Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Bridge Inspector Project Manager / Team Leader in Colorado. You will lead bridge inspection teams, generate field reports, and determine load capacity ratings for transportation projects across our Structural Assessment group. The role requires NBIS inspection experience, strong client interaction, and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• NBIS Certified Bridge Safety Inspector with up-to-date refresher training.
• Experience preparing reports for inspections using inspection software.
• Proven ability to supervise bridge inspection teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct bridge inspection project teams and reports.
• Coordinate multiple bridge inspection projects and field work.
• Develop load capacity ratings and NBIS-compliant documentation.
• Mentor staff and foster client relationships on projects.
• Support planning and design of related structural repairs.
