Job summary

Benesch in Colorado is seeking a Bridge Inspector Project Manager / Team Leader to lead inspection teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure NBIS-compliant reports. This hybrid role requires travel and in-office collaboration in Denver or Johnstown, CO, with remote opportunities for the right candidate.

You will mentor staff, develop client relationships, and contribute to planning and design of structural repairs, while upholding safety standards and DOT/NBIS guidelines.

Qualifications

• NBIS Certified Bridge Inspector (CBSI) with up-to-date refresher training.
• CBSI Team Leader designation or capability.
• BSCE or related discipline preferred but not required.
• EIT and plan to obtain PE registration preferred but not required.
• Experience preparing inspection reports with iForms and BMS2.

Responsibilities

• Lead self-perform and direct bridge inspection teams.
• Prepare field inspection reports and determine load capacity ratings.
• Nurture client relationships and mentor staff.
• Support planning and design of related structural repairs.
• Coordinate and manage multiple bridge inspection projects.
• Ensure inspections and reports comply with NBIS and DOT.
