Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Bridge Inspector Project Manager / Team Leader to join our Colorado team. The role involves self-performing and directing bridge inspection projects, mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships.

Travel may be required, and the position supports a flexible hybrid work model with in-office collaboration in Denver or Johnstown. NBIS/CBSI credentials and 8+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related experience in bridge inspection and project management.
• NBIS Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI), with up-to-date refresher training.
• CBSI Team Leader credential or capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams in bridge inspection projects.
• Direct field inspections and prepare field inspection reports and load rating analyses.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage multiple bridge inspection projects and documentation.
