WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Project Manager/Team Leader to lead the Mountain/Pacific Northwest Region Bridge Inspection Group from our Denver area office, with flexible travel to Utah, Arizona, Idaho, or Montana. You will guide complex inspections, secure projects, and mentor staff while collaborating with regional leadership for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
• Professional Engineering Licensure.
• 10+ years of bridge inspection (NBIS) experience with transportation clients.
• NBIS Certified Bridge Inspection Team Leader with up‑to‑date certifications.
• NHI/FHWA Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques certificate (130078).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while guiding junior team members and adhering to QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership for the bridge inspection discipline and oversee project deliverables within the group.
• Lead large, complex bridge inspection projects, manage budgets, hours, expenses, and supervise staff and subcontractors.
• Develop and pursue bridge inspection business with current and potential clients in the region.
