Job summary

Larson Design Group is looking for a Project Manager in Lititz, PA, responsible for overall management of client projects including design, budgets, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of ten years of job-related experience.

This position involves significant client interaction and leadership of project teams, with a focus on projects relating to local municipalities. Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards is essential, along with proficiency in public speaking and business development practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years’ job-related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or other professional licensure preferred.
• Experience with PennDOT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients and projects including budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Prepare technical and price proposals, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Coach and mentor project team members and manage project risk.
