Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• NICET Certification in Transportation/Highway Construction.
• Experience with ECMS and proven experience in roadway and bridge construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections to ensure quality construction.
• Monitor materials testing including soils, concrete, and aggregates.
• Complete daily progress reports and project documentation.
