Job summary

S&R Corporation is seeking a full-time Heavy Civil/Bridge Superintendent in Lowell, MA. You will take ownership of each project site, ensuring safety, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and maintaining accurate logs and reports to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires OSHA 30 certification and at least 5 years of superintendent experience, with a preference for 10+ years in heavy civil construction. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to work onsite at project locations.
• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of heavy civil construction project superintendent experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project sites, ensuring safety and efficiency while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and maintain logs and reports.
• Oversee scheduling, track quantities, and collaborate with project managers and resident engineers to keep timelines on track.
• Lead with precision and problem-solving to ensure successful project completion.
